HMA rips TCS

Hargrave Military Academy went on a 29-point scoring spree in the fourth quarter to rip Timberlake Christian School, 74-47, in a private school basketball game.

HMA entered the final period with only a five-point lead as the Tornadoes put up a stubborn battle over the first three quarters.

Marty Chandler led TCS scoring with 10 points, the only Tornado in double figures, but eight other Timberlake players broke into the scoring column to give the Tornadoes a balanced offensive attack.
