Holy Cross def. TCS — score unknown
18th Annual Holiday Classic — Semifinal
Hosted by Virginia Episcopal School
December 5th, 2003
›
No clipping of this game survives. Timberlake fell to Holy Cross in the semifinal round of the VES Holiday Classic on December 5, 2003, sending TCS to the tournament's consolation bracket -- where it beat LCA the next night -- while Holy Cross advanced to the championship game and lost to VES, 69-58.
A later article, previewing the two teams' next meeting, recalled Holy Cross “defeating TCS in an early-season tournament meeting at Virginia Episcopal School” as the Gaels' “only conference loss” of the season to that point -- confirming the result without giving a score.
