The Timberlake Tornadoes snapped a 3-game losing streak by defeating CVHS in the opening round of the Fuqua Invitational Christmas Tournament. The Tornadoes used a strong first half and strong defense in the 4th quarter to preserve their lead and come away with the victory. Jon Morgan had his first double-double of the season scoring 27 points and grabbing 14 rebounds. Chris Thomas chipped in with 12 points. TCS advances to the championship game against Fuqua Academy on Saturday.
